About MyRight2Vote

Founded by a group of diverse Zimbabweans in search of a path leading to Zimbabwe attaining its full potential with its abundant resources, both human and natural, it was deemed the answer lay with Zimbabweans, their choices and their accountability. Hence being able to elect their representatives freely, fairly and legitimately became a critical success factor in their accountability matrix.

Our Core Values & Principles

As an organisation, we believe that at the core of Zimbabwe’s problems are the lack of values and principles that guide leaders and citizens in their participation in civic duties. This has had a spillover effect on every walk of life. We therefore believe that at the core of any change agent ethics, values and principles are core.

Boldness

We publicly and unashamedly stand up for what we believe is just and good in fulfilling the multi-generational struggle for the right of every adult Zimbabwean to elect a representative of their choice.

Integrity

We commit ourselves to be honest and show a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values in walking our talk.

Accountability

We hold ourselves, individually and as a collective, responsible and therefore accountable for our actions as public officials.

Diversity

We embrace and celebrate Zimbabwe as a diverse country in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, physical infirmity & beliefs. We therefore believe that only a Zimbabwe that guarantees the rights of all Zimbabweans in their diversity can live up to its full potential.

Non-partisan

In all our actions and processes we aim not to be biased towards any particular ideology or political group. We ensure a neutral approach in politics but a solid commitment to our cause.
